Opus Squared, a California limited liability company, is seeking to raise $5 million through its EquityDoor crowdfunding campaign. It plans to use the money for general working capital needs, including the acquisition and renovation of distressed properties that are into hospitality and patient care services. Mr. Bolen is the sole owner and President of Gateway Marketing Inc. He graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration. Served as President of Pancake Properties a Missouri corporation that owned, operated, and developed IHOP restaurants. He also served as operating partner of Riverhead Development which acquired, developed, and sold multifamily and investment properties in Missouri. 

In 2017 Mr. Bolen launched his first fund, Town & Country Capital, which to date has continued without fail to successfully make all payments to investors. It focuses on funding real estate investments in Northern California through the Conway Ridge Inc. operating vehicle. 

Michael Cernovich

 

Mr. Cernovich graduated from the University of Illinois and later attended Pepperdine University School of Law. In 2004, he started a legal weblog entitled Crime & Federalism, and his blog was selected for syndication by American Lawyer Media.  Recently, Mr. Cernovich won a freedom of the press case in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in a case seeking to hold Jeffrey Epstein accountable. Mr. Cernovich’s involvement in the case was widely covered by the Miami Herald and other outlets and resulted in the arrest of Mr. Epstein. 

In 2019, he produced two feature-length films and several short films including Hoaxed, which went on to become one of the best-selling documentary films in the United States.
